Gilbert Temple

Dustin had one more day off he had to use before today so we decided to go to the Gilbert Temple open house on Wednesday. It was such a great day. I loved being able to be in the Temple with our whole family. Mikayla asked tons of questions and loved it, but was sad that we couldn't stay in each room longer. I agree with her though because everything was so beautiful inside that it was hard to take it all in during the short amount of time we had to walk through. Her favorite room was the baptistery. Hopefully Mikayla (and perhaps Maylee, too) will remember that day for forever and make it a goal to go back to the Temple!

Our Week

Mikayla started Sunbeams and Maylee started nursery last week!

Every time Mikayla would go to shoot her gun she'd say "I can do this!"

I'm not very good at posing newborns so all the shots look pretty much the same, but there is something that makes me smile for each of the pictures so they all made the cut.

11-23-2018 When asked if he wanted to be a shepherd or a wiseman for the nativity he responded "I'm going to be a shark."
11-15-2018 Maylee to Mom-"How come you're fancy?" Daxton-"Because she's an old lady." Mikayla-"You're not considered an old lady until you have beehive hair like Grammy."
